INCLUSION POLICY

A foundational pillar of the club ethos is that all players are welcome, regardless of race, ethnicity, indigeneity, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sex, sexual orientation, age, social class, physical ability or attributes, religion, national origin, political beliefs, body type, athletic ability, ancestry, colour, citizenship, creed, disability, family or marital status. We aim to break down all barriers to playing soccer, while increasing access to unrepresented groups in our sport.

All forms of discriminatory language have no place in our club. Bullying, harassment and other types of discrimination will not be tolerated, from the field, to the locker room, or social media and other digital platforms.

Simply put, all FC Tigers players, parents and staff are encouraged to bring their true self to the soccer experience while wearing the colours of our club.
